Abstract

This research aims to analyze the nostalgic nuances of Indonesian visual style in the 90s through a game entitled A Space for the Unbound published by Toge Production which uses a pixel art style in the 90s style. as well as in terms of story and thick nuances with a nostalgic impression by presenting the Indonesian visual style of the 90s. through buildings and music specially made based on the 90s era. The method used in this study is a qualitative method by distributing questionnaires to pixel game lovers born in the 90s, and it is hoped that the nostalgic feelings that arise when playing the game A Space For The Unbound. From the results of this questionnaire, it shows that gamers who play this game have a nostalgic feeling about the 90's era. 90's in the game A Space For The Unbound.

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis nuansa nostalgia gaya visual Indonesia tahun 90 an melalui sebuah game yang berjudul A space for The unbound yang diterbitkan oleh Toge Production yang menggunakan style pixel art dengan gaya 90 an. serta dari segi ceritadan nuansa kental dengan kesan nostalgia dengan menghadirkan gaya visual indonesia tahun 90 an. melalui bangunan dan music yang dibuat secara khusus berdasarkan era 90 an.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan membagikan quasioner kepadapara pecinta game pixel kelahiran 90 an,ini.serta diharapkan timbul perasaan nostalgia yang ditimbulkan Ketikamemainkan game A Space For The Unbound.Dari Hasil quasioner ini menunjukan gamer yang memainkan game ini memiliki perasaan nostalgia di era 90 an.Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Game A Space For The Unbound memberikan perassan emosional kepada gamers yang memainkan game tersebut,serta memberikan nuansa nostalgia melalui penerapan beberapagaya visual Indonesia di tahun 90 an di dalam game A Space For The Unbound.
