Abstract

The city of Bandung as a city that is famous for its tourism places has popular culinary tourism, this is marked by the increasing number of street food areas with various types of food and serving its own uniqueness. to attract tourists,
both domestic and foreign. However, from the amount of information that is spread about this culinary destination, it has not been supported by an information strategy that is summarized in an interesting and informative medium. Therefore, the design of media with a complete information system as a guide such as a guidebook can provide direction and knowledge for tourists who come from outside the city of Bandung. The data collection method was carried out through interviews with local street food vendors and surveys through questionnaires distributed to local tourists aged 20-25 years. Then the data is processed using the Lasswell Model and SWOT Matrix methods so that a solution to the problem is obtained in the form of information media design in the form of a guidebook. Abstrak
Kota Bandung sebagai kota yang terkenal dengan tempat pariwisatanya memiliki wisata kuliner yang populer, hal ini ditandai dengan semakin bertambahnya kawasan street food dengan jenis makanan yang beragam dan menyajikan keunikan tersendiri. membuat wisatawan berdatangan baik domestik maupun mancanegara. Namun, dari banyaknya informasi yang tersebar mengenai destinasi kuliner ini, belum didukung oleh strategi informasi yang terangkum dalam satu media yang menarik dan informatif. Maka dari itu, perancangan media dengan sistem informasi yang lengkap sebagai petunjuk seperti guidebook dapat memberikan arahan dan pengetahuan untuk wisatawan yang datang dari luar kota Bandung. Metode pengambilan data dilakukan melalui wawancara dengan pedagang street food lokal dan survey melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan pada wisatawan lokal berusia 20-25 tahun. Kemudian data diolah menggunakan metode Lasswell Model dan Matriks SWOT sehingga didapatkan pemecahan masalah berupa perancangan media informasi berupa guidebook.
