Penerapan Arsitektur Kontemporer pada Bangunan Center Point of Convention Hall

ABSTRAK

Center Point of Convention Hall berlokasi di pusat Kota Baru Parahyangan merupakan sebuah bangunan pusat pertemuan. Bangunan Center Point of Convention Hall di rancang dengan menerapkan konsep arsitektur kontemporer. Dalam arsitektur kontemporer dapat diartikan sebagai bangunan yang kekinian dengan penggunaan material terbarukan juga bentuk yang dinamis dan fleksibel baik secara bentuk, fasad, penggunaan material.  Pada tahun 2019 pusat Kota Baru Parahyangan mendapatkan performa penjualan 145% dan akan terus stabil di setiap tahunnya, hasil itu tidak sebanding dengan tersedianya fasilitas berupa gedung pertemuan yang memadai pada area pusat Kota Baru Parahyangan. Maka dari itu Center Point of Convention Hall akan di rancang untuk menjadi tempat yang ideal mengadakan kegiatan Meeting, Incentive, Conference and Exhibition (MICE). Daya Tarik Center Point of Convention Hall selain sebagai tempat pertemuan juga menyediakan kawasan area retail dan perkantoran sewa yang bisa digunakan sebagai media pengembangan perekonomian masyarakat Kota Bandung khususnya Bandung Barat agar selalu berkembang kedepannya.

ABSTRACT

Center Point of Convention Hall located in the center of Kota Baru Parahyangan is a meeting center building. The Center Point of Convention Hall building was designed by applying the concept of contemporary architecture. In contemporary architecture, it can be interpreted as a contemporary building with the use of renewable materials as well as dynamic and flexible forms, both in terms of shape, facade, and use of materials. In 2019 the center of Kota Baru Parahyangan received a sales performance of 145% and will continue to be stable every year, the results are not comparable to the availability of facilities in the form of an adequate meeting building in the downtown area of ​​Kota Baru Parahyangan. Therefore the Center Point of Convention Hall will be designed to be an ideal place to hold Meeting, Incentive, Conference and Exhibition (MICE) activities. The attraction of the Center Point of Convention Hall is that apart from being a meeting place, it also provides a retail area and rental office area that can be used as a hotel media for the development of the economy of the people of Bandung, especially West Bandung, so that they always develop in the future.
