PERANCANGAN DAN PEMBUATAN PENERANGAN JALAN UMUM TENAGA SURYA DI BABAKAN BARU KELURAHAN SUKAPADA KECAMATAN CIBEUNYING KIDUL KOTA BANDUNG

Community activities have arrived at night, so there are several areas that experience problems of public road lighting, for example Sukapada Village, Cibeunying Kidul District, Bandung City. Overcoming this problem, the authors designed a public street lighting (PJU) that could be installed at that location. The design method starting with calculating the power of the lamps, calculating the capacity: batteries, solar panels, and solar charge controller (SCC). The results of the study showed that the lamp power is 20 W, the SCC capacity is 5 A, the battery capacity is 12 V 28 Ah, the solar panel capacity is 50 Wp. A Light Dependent Resistor (LDR) was equipped with a BC-457 transistor and a 12V relay as an on/off control. Lux The light is 28.4 lux at the nadir and 2.6 lux at a distance of 5 m from the nadir. In accordance with the Minister of Transportation Regulation no. 27 of 2017, public street lighting has met the standards.
Abstrak
Aktifitas masyarakat sudah sampai pada malam hari, sehingga ada beberapa kawasan yang mengalami kendala pada peneragan jalan umum, contohnya Desa Sukapada Kecamatan Cibeunying Kidul Kota Bandung. Untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut, penulis merancang penerangan jalan umum (PJU) yang dapat dipasang di lokasiĀ tersebut. Metode perancangan mulai perhitungan penentuan daya lampu, menghitung kapasitas: baterai, panel surya, dan surya charge controler (SCC). Hasil penelitian daya lampu 20 W, kapasitas SCC 5 A, kapasitas baterai 12 V 28 Ah, kapasitas panel surya 50 Wp. Suatu Light Dependent Resistor (LDR) dilengkapai transistor BC-457 dan relay 12V sebagai kontrol on / off. Lux Cahaya lampu sebesar 28,4 lux pada titik nadir dan 2,6 lux pada jarak 5 meter dari titik nadir. Sesuai dengan peraturan menteri perhubungan no. 27 tahun 2017, penerangan jalan umum telah memenuhi standar. Penerangan Jalan Umum Tenaga Surya (PJUTS), menghasilkan iso-lux dengan sudut penerangan 45O. 5 meter untuk satu tiang, sehingga jarak antar tiang 10 meter.
