Inspeksi Pipa Low Pressure Evaporator HRSG Kapasitas 200 Ton/Jam

ABSTRAK
Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Gas Uap (PLTGU), merupakan gabungan antara Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Gas (PLTG) dan Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Uap (PLTU). PLTU beroperasi memanfaatkan gas buang PLTG yang kemudian digunakan untuk memanaskan air di HRSG dan kemudian menghasilkan steam untuk menggerakan turbin uap.Pada Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Gas Uap (PLTGU) yang memiliki HRSG berkapasitas 200 ton/jam mengalami kerusakan pada bagian pipa low pressure evaporator yaitu pipa mengalami pecah.Root Caused Analysis digunakan untuk mengetahui penyebab kegagalan yg terjadi dan menentukan metode inspeksi.Inspeksi yang dilakukan berupa ut thickness, metalografi, sem eds, uji tarik, thermography, dye penetrant test dan uji keras. Dari penelitian yamg sudah dilakukan, dapat disiimpulkan bahwa penyebab kegagalan yang terjadi pada pipa low pressure evaporator HRSG kapasitas 200 ton/jam adalah fatigue dan thermal stress dilihat dari hasil root cause analysis.

ABSTRACT
Steam Gas Power Plant (PLTGU), is a combination of Gas Power Plant (PLTG) and Steam Power Plant (PLTU). The power plant operates utilizing the exhaust gas of the PLTG which is then used to heat the water in HRSG and then produce steam to move the steam turbine. At the PLTGU which has an HRSG capacity of 200 tons / hour suffered damage to the low pressure evaporator pipe section, namely the pipe ruptured. Root Caused Analysis is used to determine the cause of the failure and determine the inspection method. Inspections are carried out in the form of ut thickness, metallography, sem eds, tensile test, thermography, dye penetrant test and hard test. From the research that has been done, it can be concluded that the cause of failure that occurs in the low pressure evaporator HRSG pipe capacity of 200 tons / hour is fatigue and thermal stress judging from the results of root cause analysis.
