Penambahan Fitur Pada Website Konstruksi OSM PT XYZ (Modul Rekon XYZ)

Abstract

ABSTRAK
Rekon XYZ merupakan pemberkasan proyek – proyek yang sudah selesai dilaksanakan pada PT. XYZ dengan tujuan melaporkan dan memberkaskan proyek – proyek yang sudah selesai tersebut kepada XYZ Pusat. Proses pemberkasan dimulai dari pengajuan testcom dan pengajuan uji terima yang dilakukan pada Rekon XYZArea dan kemudian akan diverifikasi atau di approval oleh Rekon XYZRegional. Admin yang melakukan proses tersebut adalah Admin Konstruksi Area/Admin Konstruksi Wilayah dan Admin Regional. Dalam melakukan pemberkasan proyek Rekon Telkom, PT. XYZ masih melakukan secara manual yaitu dengan menggunakan Google Docs dan Google Sheets. Maka dibuatlah penambahan fitur Rekon XYZ pada website Konstruksi OSM PT. XYZ untuk memudahkan para pegawai PT. XYZ dalam melakukan proses pemberkasan Rekon Telkom, terutama Admin Konstruksi Wilayah dan Admin Regional.

Rekon XYZ is the documentation of projects that have been completed at PT. XYZ with the aim of reporting and archiving these completed projects to XYZ Pusat. The documentation process begins with the submission testcom and acceptance test request conducted at Rekon XYZ Area, which are then verfied or approved by Rekon XYZ Regional. The administrators responsible for this process are Area Contsruction Admin/Regional Construction Admin and Regional Admin. PT. XYZ still performs the Rekon XYZ documentation manually using Google Docs and Google Sheets. Therefore, an additional feature called Rekon XYZ has been added to the OSM Construction PT. XYZ website to facilitate the process of Rekon XYZ documentation for PT. XYZ employees, especially Area Construction Admin and Regional Admin
