ABSTRACT
Research conducted at PD. this cleanliness discusses the determination of the route of garbage transport vehicles in the West Bandung area. The condition of transportation of garbage in the West Bandung area has not had a definite route that resulted in the process of transporting garbage only relying on the intuition of a driver only and polling stations visited per day only 1 to 2 polling stations only. The route of transporting waste is made by paying attention to the existence of intermediate facilities, vehicle routes that are compound. It can then be modeled into a VRP called Vehicle Routing Problem with Multiple Trips and Intermediate Facility (VRPMTIF). Determination of waste transport routes is made sing savings matriks approach and nearest neighbor method. The results of the study with a total of 39 polling stations resulted in 7 tours with a capacity container of 12 m3 and 6 tours with a container capacity of 6 m3. Grouping routes using savings matriks resulted in a distance traveled of 1843.9 km for a container capacity of 12 m3 and 1557.9 km for a container capacity of 6 m3. After determining the route using the nearest neighbor method, it was produced 1808.9 km for a container capacity of 12 m3 and 1543.2 km for a container capacity of 6 m3.
