RANCANG BANGUN SISTEM KONTROL AUTOMATIC PALLET BERBASIS MIKROKONTROLER ESP 32

Abstrak

In industry, an Automatic Pallet is an automatic tool used to store goods on warehouse shelves. Two different systems are used when picking goods at the warehouse. First In First Out (FIFO) stores items that were first entered and used first, while Last In First Out (LIFO) stores items that were last entered and used first. This tool uses an ultrasonic sensor to identify objects within a distance of 10 cm and sends a command to the ESP32 to start the BTS7960 Motor Driver BTS7960. This final project was carried out to design a control system and produce a physical model of the original Kardex ATL01/1200/1000N Automatic Pallet in a 1:1 scale. This pallet is 1156 mm long and 890 mm wide. Operators use the RemoteXY application which is connected to the ESP32 Microcontroller via smartphone to direct this type of Automatic Pallet. Automatic Pallet can move at a speed of 14.36 m/s within a distance of 1 meter. The battery used by the Automatic Pallet with a voltage of 12 Volts and a current strength of 10Ah can last for 5.61 minutes with a depth of charge value of 50%.

Dalam industri, pallet otomatis adalah alat otomatis yang digunakan untuk menyimpan barang di rak gudang. Dua sistem berbeda digunakan saat mengambil barang di gudang. First In First Out (FIFO) menyimpan barang yang pertama masuk dan digunakan terlebih dahulu, sedangkan Last In First Out (LIFO) menyimpan barang yang terakhir masuk dan digunakan terlebih dahulu. Alat ini menggunakan sensor ultrasonik untuk mengidentifikasi objek dalam jarak 10 cm dan mengirimkan perintah kepada ESP32 untuk memulai Motor Driver BTS7960 BTS7960. Tugas akhir ini dilakukan untuk merancang sistem kontrol dan menghasilkan model fisik dari Automatic Pallet Kardex ATL01/1200/1000N asli dalam skala ukuran 1:1. Pallet ini memiliki panjang 1156 mm dan lebar 890 mm. Operator menggunakan aplikasi RemoteXY yang terhubung ke Mikrokontroler ESP32 melalui smartphone untuk mengarahkan Automatic Pallet jenis ini. Automatic Pallet dapat bergerak dengan kecepatan 14,36 m/s dalam jarak 1 meter. Batre yang digunakan Automatic Pallet dengan tegangan 12 Volt dan kuat arus sebesar 10Ah dapat bertahan selama 5,61 menit dengan diberikan nilai depth of charge sebesar 50%.
