Pembangunan Sistem Informasi Program Studi Desain Produk XYZ Berbasis Website Menggunakan Framework Laravel 8 Di Upt – Teknologi Informasi Dan Komunikasi XYZ

Kampus pada era modern ini pastinya mengikuti perkembangann teknologi informasi. Tujuan dari teknologi informasi yaitu untuk memecahkan masalah, membuka kreativitas, meningkatkan efektivitas dan efesiensi dalam aktivitas manusia. Penggunaan sistem informasi berbasis website menjadi salah satu hal yang perlu diperhatikan karena dapat memberikan kemudahan baik kepada calon mahasiswa, mahasiswa dan dosen berkaitan dengan informasi kegiatan akademik dan non akademik di kampus secara online. Program studi desain produk XYZ masih belum lengkap memiliki media informasi tentang program studi desain produk baik itu informasi akademik maupun non akademik. Sehingga membutuhkan sebuah sistem yang mampu memberikan informasi lengkap dan uptodate tentang program studi tersebut dan halaman admin untuk mengelola konten halaman informasi. Permasalahan tersebut dapat diselesaikan dengan melakukan pembangunan sistem informasi program studi desain produk XYZ menggunakan framework Laravel 8 di UPT-TIK XYZ agar dapat mudah dan efisien dalam menemukan data dan informasi dari program studi tersebut.

Campuses in this modern era certainly follow the development of information technology. The purpose of information technology is to solve problems, open creativity, increase effectiveness and efficiency in human activities. The use of a website-based information system is one of the things that needs attention because it can provide convenience to prospective students, students and lecturers regarding information on academic and non-academic activities on campus online. XYZ product design study program is still incomplete in having information media about product design study programs, both academic and non-academic information. So we need a system that is able to provide complete and up-to-date information about study programs and admin pages to manage the content of the information page. These problems can be overcome by developing an information system for the XYZ product design study program using the Laravel 8 framework at UPT-TIK XYZ so that it can easily and efficiently search for data and information from the study program.
