PERANCANGAN UI/UX BERBASIS WEBSITE UNTUK APLIKASI SEMBAKO PADA PERUSAHAAN XYZ

ABSTRAK
Sistem informasi DPK adalah sebuah sistem informasi pengelolaan perusahaan dari mulai proses penjualan hingga pengelolaan laporan keuangan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang antarmuka pengguna (UI) yang intuitif dan pengalaman pengguna (UX) yang optimal dalam konteks aplikasi sembako untuk perusahaan XYZ Dalam upaya meningkatkan efisiensi dan kenyamanan pengguna dalam mengakses dan memanfaatkan aplikasi sembako, penelitian ini fokus pada perancangan elemen-elemen UI yang memudahkan navigasi, interaksi, serta penyampaian informasi yang jelas. Penelitian ini mrnghasilkan sebuah user interface pada peran Sales berdasarkan kebutuhan yang telah dianalisis. Penelitian ini menghasilkan sebuah prototype dari user interface website DPK yang kemudian dilakukan pengujian usability dengan hasil dalam waktu 2 menit 17 detik responden dapat menyelesaikan 10 skenario tugas.

ABSTRACT
The DPK information system is a company management information system from the sales process to the management of financial reports. This study aims to design an insightful user interface (UI) and optimal user experience (UX) in the context of basic food applications for DPK companies. In an effort to increase user efficiency and convenience in accessing and utilizing the basic food application, this research focuses on designing UI elements that facilitate navigation, interaction, and convey clear information. This study produces a user interface for the Sales role based on the needs that have been analyzed. This research produced a prototype of the DPK website user interface which was then tested for usability with the result that within 2 minutes 17 seconds respondents were able to complete 10 task scenarios.
