Usulan Pemilihan Supplier Beras untuk Produk Masker Wajah Menggunakan Metode Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process di CV XY

Abstrak

CV XY has difficulty determining suppliers of rice raw materials. CV XY needs to determine the right supplier, so that there is no decrease in the quality of the face mask product which causes consumer confidence to decrease in the company. The research method used is the Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (FAHP). This method can simplify complexity, process opinions in different assessments and interpret opinions that are still in doubt in carrying out value weighting so that they can determine the best supplier for the company. FAHP is a development method from the AHP method, namely with problems with criteria
that have more subjective characteristics. The results of the study using the FAHP method obtained the order of priority criteria and alternative suppliers. Based on the results of the research that has been done, the priority criteria and supplier alternatives are obtained. The main priority sequence on the criteria is availability and the main supplier alternative sequence is PD Zalfa Rice.

CV XY mendapatkan kesulitan untuk menentukan supplier bahan baku beras. Perusahaan perlu menentukan supplier yang tepat, agar tidak terjadi penurunan kualitas pada dari produk masker wajah yang menyebabkan kepercayaan konsumen menurun terhadap perusahaan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (FAHP). Metode
ini dapat menyederhanakan kompleksitas, mengolah pendapat dalam penilaian yang berbeda dan mengartikan pendapat-pendapat yang masih dalam keraguan dalam melakukan pembobotan nilai sehingga dapat menentukan supplier terbaik bagi perusahaan. FAHP merupakan metode pengembangan dari metode AHP yaitu dengan permasalahan terhadap kriteria yang memiliki sifat subjektif lebih banyak. Hasil penelitian menggunakan metode FAHP diperoleh urutan prioritas kriteria dan alternatif supplier. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, yang telah dilakukan, diperoleh urutan prioritas kriteria dan alternatif supplier. Urutan prioritas pada kriteria yaitu availability, prices, quality, delivery dan yang terakhir performance history, serta urutan alternatif supplier yaitu PD Zalfa Rice, disusul alternatif supplier Beras Andi Mulya dan yang terakhir alternatif supplier Sinar Jaya.
