USULAN MINIMALISASI POTENSI KECELAKAAN KERJA DI PT COPPAL UTAMA INDONESIA MANUFACTURING BERDASARKAN FMEA (FAILUREMODE AND EFFECT ANALYSIS)

Abstrak

Salah satu hal yang dapat meningkatkan produktivitas dan mendukung keberhasilan
bisnis perusahaan adalah pemenuhan perusahaan terhadap keselamatan kerja. PT.
Coppal belum memiliki sistem manajemen keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja yang
sesuai berdasarkan UU ketenagakerjaan No.13/2003 pasal 87. Sejak tahun 2017 PT.
Coppal tercatat telah mengalami kecelakaan tenaga kerja sebanyak 10 kasus. Dampak
dari kecelakaan tersebut menyebabkan angka absensi karyawan, perusahaan harus
memberikan insentif kepada korban kecelakaan, dan waktu penyelesaian produk
menjadi lebih lama dari target waktu yang sudah ditentukan. Penggabungan dua tools
yaitu FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis) dan PDPC (Process Decision Program
Chart) digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis potensi resiko kerja,
sehingga dapat meminimalisasi potensi kecelakaan kerja di perusahaan.

ABSTRACT
One of the things that can increase productivity and support the company's business
success is the company's compliance with work safety. PT. Coppal does not yet have
an appropriate occupational health and safety management system based on the
Manpower Law No. 13/2003 article 87. Since 2017 PT. Coppal has been recorded as
having experienced labor accidents as many as 10 cases. The impact of the accident
caused employee absenteeism, the company had to provide incentives to accident
victims, and the product completion time was longer than the predetermined target
time. The combination of two tools, namely FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis)
and PDPC (Process Decision Program Chart) is used to identify and analyze potential
work risks, so as to minimize the potential for work accidents in the company.
