Analisis Pengaruh Keterampilan Interpersonal Manajer Proyek Terhadap Manajemen Proyek Sistem Informasi

Perusahaan menghadapi kesulitan dalam upaya transformasi digitalnya, terutama karena manajemen proyek yang buruk yang mengakibatkan kelebihan biaya, penundaan, dan ketidakmampuan mencapai hasil yang diinginkan. Manajemen proyek adalah disiplin penting dalam memastikan kesuksesan proyek, terutama dalam lingkungan proyek yang kompleks dan tidak pasti. Dalam konteks manajemen proyek sistem informasi, keterampilan interpersonal manajer proyek memainkan peran kunci. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh positif dari adaptabilitas, komunikasi, dan kepemimpinan terhadap keberhasilam manajemen proyek sistem informasi. Metode pengujian yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square, yang memungkinkan peneliti untuk menguji hubungan antara variabel kompleks. Dari model yang dirancang terdapat 3 hipotesis dan 21 indikator, terdapat 175 total responden yang dikumpulkan. Pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa H2 dan H3 mendapat dukungan, dan H1 tidak mendapat dukungan. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan wawasan penting tentang pentingnya keterampilan interpersonal dalam manajemen proyek sistem informasi dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan proyek.

ABSTRACT
The company is facing difficulties in its digital transformation efforts, primarily due to poor project management that has resulted in cost overruns, delays, and an inability to achieve desired outcomes. Project management is a crucial discipline in ensuring project success, especially in complex and uncertain project environments. In the context of project management IS, the interpersonal skills of project managers is Crucial. This research aims to analyze the positive influence of adaptability, communication, and leadership on the success of information system project management. The testing method employed is Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Square. From the designed model, there are 3 hypotheses and 21 indicators, with a total of 175 respondents collected. Hypothesis testing indicates that H2 and H3 receive support, and H1 does not receive support. The findings of this research provide valuable insights into the importance of interpersonal skills in information system project management and the factors that influence project success.
