PEMILIHAN STANDAR KUALITAS VENDOR DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN PENDEKATAN METODE FUZZY TOPSIS DI PT XYZ

Abstrak

Vendors or suppliers are one of the things that are needed by companies in running a business, so to help companies succeed in the industrial sector, it is necessary to choose vendors or suppliers properly. PT. XYZ is a manufacturing company engaged in service and maintenance services. In its development, the company has quite a lot of service orders so that the service orders must be removed from the workshop and given to vendors to ask for help in the production process. However, when the goods were sold, there were a few problems regarding the vendor who was not careful in completing the work according to the company's request. The research method used is the TOPSIS fuzzy method by comparing existing vendor alternatives to work on a project. This method is used to find the best alternative by using calculations based on the criteria required by the company. From the results of an analysis of the three alternative vendors using the TOPSIS fuzzy method in selecting the best vendor, the best vendor for the FAN HUB body ID creation project based on method calculations is the XYZ vendor with the highest value of the three alternative

Vendor atau supplier merupakan salah satu hal yang diperlukan oleh perusahaan dalam menjalankan bisnis, maka untuk membantu menyukseskan perusahaan dalam bidang industri diperlukannya pemilihan vendor atau supplier dengan baik. PT. XYZ Indonesia merupakan perusahaan manufaktur yang bergerak di bidang jasa service dan maintenance. Dalam perkembangannya, perusahaan memiliki service order yang cukup banyak sehingga service order tersebut harus dikeluarkan dari workshop dan diberikan kepada vendor untuk meminta bantuan dalam proses produksi. Akan tetapi pada saat barang yang divendorkan terdapat sedikit beberapa permasalahan mengenai vendor yang kurang teliti dalam menyelesaikan pekerjaan sesuai dengan permintaan perusahaan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode fuzzy TOPSIS dengan membandingkan alternatif-alternatif vendor yang ada untuk mengerjakan sebuah proyek. Metode ini digunakan untuk mencari alternatif terbaik dengan menggunakan perhitungan berdasarkan kriteria-kriteria yang dibutuhkan oleh perusahaan. Dari hasil analisis pada tiga vendor alternatif yang ada dengan menggunakan pendetan metode fuzzy TOPSIS dalam pemilihan vendor terbaik, maka vendor terbaik untuk proyek pembuatan body ID FAN HUB berdasarkan perhitungan metode adalah vendor XYZ dengan nilai tertinggi dari ketiga alternatif vendor.
