USULAN PEMILIHAN SUPPLIER JAR CYLINDER PLASTIK DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE INTERPRETIVESTRUCTURAL MODELLING (ISM) DAN ANALYTICAL NETWORK PROCESS (ANP) DI PT XYZ

Abstrak

PT. XYZ is a company founded in 2004. PT. XYZ uses various supporting products, but thecompany is not able to provide these supporting products independently. Therefore, thecompany collaborates with several suppliers. Plastic Jar Cylinder made of polyethylene terephthalate (PET) is the most frequently ordered supporting component by the company, asit is used as primary packaging. The decision for the company to collaborate with suppliersfor providing the plastic jar cylinder does not always go smoothly because each supplier hasitsown strengths and weaknesses. This situation can disrupt the product delivery process to consumers, which has a negative impact on the company's reputation. The company needs to evaluate the supplier selection process. Hence, this research aims to determine the priority supplier for the plastic jar cylinder using the Interpretive Structural Modelling (ISM) and Analytical Network Process (ANP) methods. Based on the calculations conducted, the company can choose PT. Sahabat Mitra Mandiri as the priority alternative supplier for ordering plastic jar cylinder products. PT. XYZ merupakan suatu perusahaan yang didirikan pada tahun 2004. PT. XYZ menggunakan berbagai macam produk penunjang namun perusahaan belum bisa menyediakanproduk penunjang nya secara mandiri. Dengan demikian Perusahaan menjalin kerjasama dengan beberapa supplier. Jar Cylinder plastik yang bermaterial polyethylene terephalate (PET) merupakan komponen penunjang yang paling sering dipesan oleh perusahaan, karena produk tersebut digunakan sebagai primary packaging. Keputusan perusahaan menjalin kerja sama dengan supplier penyedia jar cylinder tidak selalu berjalan dengan mulus karenasetiap supplier memiliki kelebihan dan kekurangannya masing- masing. Hal itu pun menyebabkan terganggunya proses pengiriman produk ke konsumen yang berdampak burukbagi citra perusahaan. Perusahaan perlu melakukan evaluasi terhadap pemilihan supplier. Dengan demikian penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan supplier prioritas jar cylinderplastik menggunakan metode Interpretive Structural Modelling (ISM) dan Analytical Network Process (ANP). Berdasarkan perhitungan yang telah dilakukan, perusahaan dapat memilih PT.
