Mokopi Cimindi was established by CV. Kreasi Pangan Indonesia, operating in the Fnb industry. The company needs to determine the criteria required for the house blend coffee from the existing 5 suppliers to meet its needs. Mokopi often chooses suppliers subjectively, and there is often a decrease in the quality of raw materials and the performance of suppliers in meeting the company's needs. The company must prioritize the best supplier as the main supplier. This research proposes the priority of the best supplier based on existing supplier data using the Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM) and Analytical Network Process (ANP) methods. The results of Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM) calculations produce 5 selected key subcriteria as elements used in comparing suppliers. Analytical Network Process (ANP) calculations result in a value for each element of criteria, subcriteria, and suppliers. The determination of supplier priorities is based on the magnitude of the weight values generated from the ANP calculations. Abstrak
Mokopi Cimindi didirikan oleh CV. Kreasi Pangan Indonesia yang bergerak dalam industri Fnb. Perusahaan harus menentukan kriteria yang butuhkan untuk kopi house blend dari 5 supplier yang ada untuk memenuhi kebutuhnnya. Supplier yang digunakan mokopi saat dipilih secara subjektif, seringkali kali ditemukan adanya penurunan kualitas bahan baku juga performa dari supplier dalam memenuhi kebutuhan perusahaan. Perusahaan harus menentukan prioritas supplier terbaik sebagai supplier utama. Penelitian ini mengusulkan prioritas supplier terbaik berdasarkan data supplier yang ada menggunakan metode Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM) dan Analytical Network Process (ANP). Hasil dari perhitungan Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM) menghasilkan 5 subkriteria kunci terpilih sebagai elemen yang digunakan dalam membandingkan supplier. Perhitungan Analytical Network Process (ANP) menghasilkan suatu nilai pada setiap elemen kriteria, subkriteria, dan supplier. Penentuan prioritas supplier
dilakukan berdasarkan besarnya nilai bobot yang dihasilkan dari perhitungan ANP.
