Evaluasi Pemilihan Supplier Kain Gamis Menggunakan Metode Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (F-AHP)

Terdapat suatu perusahaan manufaktur yang bergerak di bidang pembuatan pakaian muslim berlokasi di Bandung. Jika permintaan produk rendah perusahaan bekerjasama dengan satu supplier atau lebih, selain itu permasalahan yang pernah terjadi pengiriman yang tidak sesuai dengan jadwal yang ditentukan. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan evaluasi pemilihan supplier dalam menentukan prioritas supplier yang terbaik dari supplier yang sudah ada sesuai dengan kriteria perusahaan. Salah satu metode yang dapat digunakan dalam pemilihan urutan supplier adalah Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (FAHP). Metode FAHP dapat mengurangi subjektivitas penilaian dari metode AHP dan menghasilkan keputusan yang lebih akurat. FAHP dapat mengambil keputusan pemilihan supplier berdasarkan bobot akhir yang diurutkan dari terbesar sampai dengan terkecil sebagai prioritas pemilihan supplier. Kriteria pemilihan supplier terdapat lima yaitu kualitas, harga, sistem pembayaran, pengiriman, dan rekam jejak kinerja. Supplier dengan bobot terbesar adalah supplier A, kedua supplier C, ketiga supplier B, dan urutan terakhir adalah supplier D.

ABSTRACT
There is a manufacturing company that is engaged in Muslim clothing located in Bandung. If product demand is low, the company will collaborate with one or more suppliers, besides that there's a problem happened such as delivery not being on a schedule. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluating supplier selection for choosing the best supplier priorities from the supplier as per existing company criteria. One method which can be used for supplier selection is Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (FAHP). This method can reduce the subjectivities of the AHP method and produced more accurate decisions. FAHP can be decided for the supplier selection based on final values sorted by the highest until lowest score as a priority for the supplier selection. Criteria selection supplier is divided into five criteria, such as Quality, Cost, Payment, shipment, and performance track record. The supplier with the highest score is Supplier A, the second position is Supplier C, the third position is supplier B and the last one is supplier D.
