USULAN PERBAIKAN POSTUR KERJA DENGAN METODE QUICK EXPOSURE CHECK (QEC) DI MOCHI X

Perusahaan Mochi X memiliki beberapa permasalahan terkait ketidakseimbangan beban kerja dalam stasiun kerja sehingga perlu ditinjau kembali mengenai keluhan operator dalam melakukan pekerjaannya. Tingkat kelelahan dapat berpengaruh pada kualitas produk yang akan dihasilkan dan kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja operator merupakan salah satu faktor penting yang harus dijaga oleh pihak perusahaan. Untuk meminimalisir hal tersebut, perlu dilakukan penelitian terkait keluhan operator dengan menggunakan metode Quick Exposure Check (QEC) untuk mengukur tingkat kelelahan operator. Metode ini merupakan metode yang dapat mempertimbangkan kondisi operator beradasarkan sudut pandang pengamat dan operator. Berdasarkan hasil pemecahan masalah diketahui bahwa nilai exposure level yang dimiliki oleh kedua operator memiliki nilai masing –masing sebesar 69,32% dan 61,36%. Berdasarkan nilai exposure level yang didapatkan, perlu adanya dilakukan penelitian lebih lanjut dan dilakukan perubahan secepatnya pada stasiun kerja tersebut. Usulan yang diberikan ialah mengenai usulan perbaikan postur kerja pada bagian tangan operator, dan penambahan jumlah pegawai pada stasiun kerja tersebut.

Mochi X Company has several problems related to workload imbalance in workstations, so it needs to be reviewed regarding operator complaints in doing their work. The level of fatigue can affect the quality of the product to be produced and the health and safety of the operators is one of the most important factors to be maintained by the company. To minimise this, it is necessary to carry out research into operator complaints using the Quick Exposure Check (QEC) method to measure operator fatigue levels. This is a method that can take into account the operator's condition from the observer's and the operator's point of view. Based on the results of the problem solving, it is known that the exposure level value of the two operators is 69.32% and 61.36% respectively. Based on the exposure level values obtained, it is necessary to conduct further research and make changes at the workstation as soon as possible. The suggestion is to improve the operator's hand posture and to increase the number of employees at the workstation.
