PENENTUAN PRIORITAS SUPPLIER BAHAN BAKU RAJUT MENGGUNAKAN METODE INTERPRETIVE STRUCTURAL MODELING (ISM) DAN ANALYTICAL NETWORK PROCESS (ANP) (STUDI KASUS DI CV XYZ)

ABSTRAK
Dalam konsep Supply Chain Management (SCM), Supplier memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam menjamin ketersediaan bahan baku karena dapat mempengaruhi jalannya proses produksi. CV. XYZ merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang konveksi produk rajut dan saat ini bekerja sama dengan 5 supplier. Dalam pemenuhan bahan baku, perusahaan belum memiliki supplier yang tepat sehingga sering kali mengalami kekurangan bahan baku. Perusahaan memiliki 3 kriteria yang dipertimbangkan dalam pemilihan supplier yaitu harga, kualitas dan riwayat performa supplier namun kelima supplier tersebut tidak memiliki seluruh kriteria yang ditetapkan. Setiap supplier memiliki kelebihan dan kekurangan masing-masing. Metode yang tepat digunakan untuk mendapatkan alternatif supplier yang bersifat multikriteria ini yaitu metode Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM) dan Analytical Network Process (ANP). Metode Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM) digunakan untuk mendapatkan kriteria dan sub kriteria kunci dalam pemilihan supplier. Hasil pengolahan data dengan metode Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM) diperoleh 4 kriteria kunci dan 7 subkriteria kunci yang akan digunakan dalam pemilihan supplier. Metode Analytical Network Process (ANP) menggunakan software super decision untuk mendapatkan bobot kriteria, sub kriteria dan skor supplier. Hasil pengolahan data dengan metode Analytical Network Process (ANP) diperoleh urutan supplier berdasarkan bobot tertinggi yaitu supplier 121 Textiles, Aneka Benang, Pribumi, CV. 121, Toko Surya. Supplier 121 Textiles menjadi alternatif supplier utama dikarenakan memiliki skor terbesar dan keunggulan yang lebih banyak dibandingkan dengan supplier lainnya.
ABSTRACT
In the concept of Supply Chain Management (SCM), suppliers have a very important role in ensuring the availability of raw materials because they can affect the course of the production process. CV. XYZ is a company engaged in the convection of knitting products and is currently working with 5 suppliers. In fulfilling raw materials, the company does not have the right supplier so that it often experiences a shortage of raw materials. The company has 3 criteria to consider in supplier selection, namely price, quality and supplier performance history, but these five suppliers do not have all of the criteria set. Each supplier has its own advantages and disadvantages. Appropriate methods are used to obtain alternative suppliers that are multicriteria, namely the Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM) and Analytical Network Process (ANP) methods. The Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM) method is used to obtain key criteria and sub-criteria in supplier selection. The results of data processing using the Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM) method obtained 4 key criteria and 7 key sub-criteria that will be used in supplier selection. The Analytical Network Process (ANP) method uses super decision software to obtain the weight of criteria, sub criteria and supplier scores. The results of data processing using the Analytical Network Process (ANP) method obtained the order of suppliers based on the highest weight, namely supplier supplier 121 Textiles, Aneka Benang, Pribumi, CV. 121, Surya Store. Supplier 121 Textiles is the main alternative supplier because it has the largest score and more advantages compared to other suppliers.
