Usulan Perbaikan Sistem Maintenance Mesin Cnc Bubut Di Pt. Xyz Menggunakan Metode Reliability Centered Maintenance (Rcm)

ABSTRAK
PT. XYZ merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang usaha pemesinan dan manufaktur, meliputi pekerjaan logam, kayu, plastik industri, dan pekerjaan khusus. Salah satu mesin yang digunakan di PT. XYZ adalah mesin CNC Bubut. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan dan data kerusakan mesin, mesin CNC Bubut 3 adalah mesin dengan tingkat kerusakan paling tinggi. Hal ini menyebabkan kerugian perusahaan karena membuat target perusahaan tidak tercapai dan meningkatnya biaya perawatan. Tindakan perawatan yang diberlakukan di perusahaan masih belum optimal karena masih menerapkan corrective maintenance pada semua komponen mesin. Berdasarkan hal tersebut perlu dilakukannya perbaikan sistem maintenance agar dapat mengoptimalkan biaya perawatan dan meminimalisir tidak tercapainya target produksi menggunakan metode Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM). Hasil penerapan metode RCM ini mengahsilkan Tindakan perawatan dengan 5 perawatan condition directed(CD).

PT. XYZ is a company engaged in the field of machining and manufacturing, which includes metalwork, woodworking, plastic industries, and special projects. One of the machines used in PT. XYZ is the CNC Lathe machine. Based on observations and machine failure data, CNC Lathe machine 3 has the highest failure rate. This has caused losses for the company as it hinders the achievement of company targets and increases maintenance costs. The maintenance actions currently implemented in the company are still not optimal as they only apply corrective maintenance to all machine components. Based on this, it is necessary to improve the maintenance system to optimize maintenance costs and minimize the inability to achieve production targets using the Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) method. The results of implementing the RCM method have produced five condition-directed (CD) maintenance actions.
