Identifikasi Faktor yang Berpengaruh Terhadap Performansi Kinerja UMKM Kota Bandung Berdasarkan Kategori 4 Malcolm Baldridge For Performance Excellence (Mbcfpe)

ABSTRAK
UMKM berkontribusi terhadap perekonomian Indonesia yaitu meliputi kemampuan menyerap
97% dari total tenaga kerja yang ada serta dapat menghimpun sampai 60,4% dari total
investasi. Saat ini UMKM di Kota Bandung memiliki masalah yaitu belum mengetahui kekuatan
dan kelemahan yang dimiliki, sehingga tidak dapat memutuskan tindakan yang harus
dilakukan untuk perbaikan ataupun peningkatan, kemampuan menghadapi perubahan secara
cepat, rendahnya kualitas teknologi, dan juga knowledge management. Malcolm Baldrige
Criteria for Performance Excellence merupakan salah satu metode pengukuran kinerja, yang
terdapat kategori 4 yaitu pengukuran, analisis, dan manajemen pengetahuan. Maka dari itu
penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mencari apakah terdapat hubungan kategori 4 terhadap kinerja
UMKM Kota Bandung dengan menggunakan PLS-SEM. Hasilnya, tidak terdapat pengaruh
signifikan dari kriteria pengukuran, analisis, dan perbaikan kinerja organisasional terhadap
kinerja UMKM. Sedangkan untuk kriteria manajemen pengetahuan informasi dan teknologi
informasi terdapat pengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja UMKM.
ABSTRACT
MSMEs contribute to the Indonesian economy, including the ability to absorb 97% of the total   workforce and can collect up to 60.4% of total investment. Currently MSMEs in the city of Bandung have a problem that is not knowing the strengths and weaknesses they have, so they cannot decide what actions to take for improvement or improvement, the ability to deal with rapid changes, low quality of technology, and also knowledge management. The Malcolm Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence is one of the methods of performance measurement, which contains category 4, namely measurement, analysis, and knowledge management. Therefore, this study was conducted to find out if there is a category 4 relationship to the performance of MSMEs in Bandung using PLS-SEM. As a result, there was no significant influence of the criteria for measurement, analysis, and improvement of organizational performance on msme performance. As for the criteria for information knowledge management and information technology there is a significant influence on the performance of MSMEs.
