Identifikasi Faktor yang Berpengaruh Terhadap Performansi Kerja Umkm Kota Bandung Berdasarkan Kategori Perencanaan Strategis Malcolm Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence (MBCfPE)

UMKM merupakan skala usaha dalam bidang apapun yang memiliki peranan penting dalam perkembangan perekonomian Indonesia dan merupakan usaha yang masih merintis. Oleh karena itu, UMKM harus menyusun strategi agar dapat mempertahankan eksistensi dan kualitas barangnya. Metode Malcolm Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence (MBCfPE) merupakan alat pemandu dan pengukuran untuk mengetahui level kinerja suatu organisasi. Pada metode ini, level kinerja ekselen terdiri dari tujuh kategori, salah satu kategori dari metode MBCfPE yang menjadi sorotan pada perusahaan adalah kategori 2 (perencanaan strategi). Tools yang digunakan untuk membantu penelitian adalah metode Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, didapatkan bahwa strategy implementation terhadap result dan strategy development process terhadap strategy development berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja UMKM Kota Bandung.

ABSTRACT
UMKM is a business scale in any field that has an important role in the development of the Indonesian economy and is a business that is still pioneering. Therefore, UMKM must develop strategies in order to maintain the existence and quality of their goods. The Malcolm Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence (MBCfPE) method is a guiding and measuring tool to determine the level of performance of an organization. In this method, the level of excellent performance consists of seven categories, one of the categories of the MBCfPE method that is the focus of the company is category 2 (strategic planning). The tools used to assist the research is the Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the implementation of strategies on the results and the process of developing strategies for developing strategies had a significant effect on the performance of UMKM in Bandung City.
