IDENTIFIKASI FAKTOR YANG BERPENGARUH TERHADAP PERFORMANSI KINERJA UMKM KOTA BANDUNG BERDASARKAN KATEGORI FOKUS OPERASI MALCOLM BALDRIGE CRITERIA FOR PERFORMANCE EXCELLENCE

Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM), merupakan kegiatan ekonomi produktif yang berdiri sendiri. Meningkatnya keberadaan UMKM sebanyak 6.140 UMKM yang terdaftar per tahun 2021 di Indonesia terlebih di Kota Bandung, dapat mendukung sektor perekonomian. Berdasarkan hal tersebut UMKM harus meningkatkan performansi kinerja agar perusahaan dapat terus bersaing dan berkembang. Pencapaian tujuan perusahaan dibantu dengan adanya pengukuran kinerja. Pengukuran kinerja dapat dicapai dengan menggunakan Malcolm Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence (MBCfPE). MBCfPE terdapat 7 kriteria, salah satunya adalah kriteria fokus operasi dimana kriteria ini membahas proses kerja perusahaan dan efektivitas proses operasinya. Kriteria fokus operasi terbagi menjadi dua, yaitu proses kerja dan efektivitas operasional, serta performansi kinerja diukur dengan hasil kinerja keuangan dan hasil kinerja pasar. Hubungan tersebut dilakukan dengan metode Partial Least Square- Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM). Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh dalam kategori fokus operasi terhadap kategori hasil keuangan dan pasar MBCfPE UMKM di Kota Bandung.

ABSTRACT
Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), are productive economic activities that stand alone. The increasing existence of MSMEs as many as 6,140 MSMEs registered as of 2021 in Indonesia, especially in the city of Bandung, can support the economic sector. Based on this, MSMEs must improve performance performance so that the company can continue to compete and develop. The achievement of the company's goals is assisted by performance measurements. Performance measurements can be achieved using the Malcolm Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence (MBCfPE). MBCfPE has 7 criteria, one of which is the operating focus criteria where these criteria discuss the company's work process and the effectiveness of its operating process. The operating focus criteria are divided into two, namely work processes and operational effectiveness, as well as performance performance measured by financial performance results and market performance results. This is done by the Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) method. This research was conducted to identify influential factors in the operating focus category towards the category of financial results and the MSME MBCfPE market in Bandung.
